Refund Policy

A customer can request a refund if they receive a product in a damaged condition only. You can submit a refund request by writing to us stating the reason for the refund request. If the reason is genuine, refund will be given within 7 days of purchase if there are damaged or defective products

Returns are not allowed in condition

If the product is not returned in its original packaging
If the product is in used condition
If there is a discrepancy between the quantity of perfume delivered and returned
If the products are marked as non-returnable or non-refundable

"Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed"
*Orders outside the UAE are non-refundable*


Cancellation Policy



A request to cancel an order will only be accepted before product delivery begins. No cancellations are permitted once delivery has begun. The customer can submit a cancellation request via email or write to us via WhatsApp



Switch policy

Exchange requests will only be accepted . No exchanges are permitted once delivery has begun. The customer can submit a replacement request via email or write to us via WhatsApp

 

 

سياسة الإسترداد

يمكن للعميل طلب استرداد الأموال إذا استلم منتجًا في حالة تالفة ففط. يمكنك تقديم طلب استرداد الأموال عبر مراسلتنا مع ذكر سبب طلب استرداد الأموال. إذا كان السبب حقيقيًا، فسيتم استرداد الأموال خلال 7 أيام من الشراء في حالة وجود منتجات تالفة أو معيبة

لا يسمح بالإرجاع في حالة

إذا لم يتم إرجاع المنتج في عبوته الأصلية
إذا كان المنتج في حالة مستخدمة
إذا كان هناك تفاوت بين كمية العطر المسلمة والمرتجعة
إذا تم وضع علامة على المنتجات بأنها غير قابلة للإرجاع أو غير قابلة للاسترداد

"لن تتم عمليات استرداد الأموال إلا من خلال طريقة الدفع الأصلية. يُرجى الانتظار لمدة تصل إلى 10 أيام حتى يكتمل تحويل الأموال"

لا يتم قبول طلب إلغاء الطلب إلا قبل بدء تسليم المنتج. لا يسمح بالإلغاء بمجرد بدء التسليم. يمكن للعميل تقديم طلب إلغاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو مراسلتنا عبر تطبيق الواتساب
